We may collect the following categories of information from you (“Information”):
- Your Ethereum Name Service domain name (“ENS Domain Name”). While we do not collect Information that identifies (whether directly or indirectly) a particular individual (such Information, “Personal Information”), to the extent that you choose to make your personal name a part of your ENS Domain Name, please note our collection of such Information;
- Third-party wallet (“Wallet”) information. We collect information from Wallets such as MetaMask in order to facilitate your use of the Services; and
- Information you provide to us when you access or use the Services and each time you interact with the Services or the Company, for example, when you communicate with us by telephone or email.
We also automatically collect certain Information about your interaction with the Services (“Usage Data”). To do this, we may use cookies and other tracking technologies (“Tracking Technologies”). Usage Data may include:
- Unique device identifier;
- IP address;
- Browser type;
- Date and time stamps, such as the date and time you first accessed the Services;
- Operating system;
- Log data;
- Precise location; and
- Other information regarding your interaction with the Services, such as clickstream data.

All transactions initiated through the Services are run by Wallets you choose to use. By using such Wallet to conduct such transactions via the Services, you agree that your interactions with such third-party Wallets are governed by the privacy policy for the applicable Wallet. We expressly disclaim any and all liability for actions arising from your use of third-party Wallets, including but without limitation, to actions relating to the use and/or disclosure of Personal Information by such third-party Wallets.
We do not seek or knowingly collect any Personal Information about individuals under thirteen (13) years of age. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected Personal Information from a child under the age of thirteen (13), we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.
If you are the parent or guardian of a minor child who has provided us with Personal Information, you may contact us to request it be deleted.
We use reasonable security measures, including computer safeguards and secured files and facilities that comply with federal law to protect and limit access to your Information.
