We understand that purchasing a luxury watch is a significant decision, and we want our buyers to make purchases with confidence. While Kettle may offer refunds in limited and exceptional cases, our policy is generally one of all sales final. This Return Policy outlines the rare situations in which returns may be considered and the additional terms and conditions governing your use of Kettle’s services. This policy forms part of, and is incorporated by reference into, Kettle’s Terms of Service. In this Return Policy, “you” or “your” refer to the buyer, and “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Kettle.

Return Policy and Eligibility

At Kettle, we take great measures to ensure the authenticity and quality of every watch sold. Each item goes through an extensive inspection and authentication process, including a two-year warranty that covers functional issues. Given the nature of luxury timepieces and the handling they require, once a watch leaves the Kettle ecosystem, we cannot guarantee its integrity once it arrives to a buyer. Factors like accidental damage, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications present risks we cannot verify or control. Therefore, Kettle maintains a strict final sale policy to protect the integrity of each transaction.

In rare cases, returns may be approved if the following criteria are met. If eligible for a return, buyers must contact support@kettle.shop within 24 hours of delivery to initiate the process. If the return is approved, Kettle will provide a prepaid, insured shipping label, and the watch must be returned within 24 hours of receiving the label.

Refund Types and Eligibility Criteria

Please Note: Kettle’s default stance is that all sales are final, with returns and refunds granted only under exceptional circumstances. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the buyer’s Kettle balance, which can then be withdrawn to the original payment method.

Full Refund Eligibility

The following conditions may be eligible for a full refund or repair:

Functional Issues: Kettle’s 2 year warranty protects against functional issues that were not disclosed or are malfunctioning after passing Kettle’s diagnostic standards. We are happy to repair any functional issues at no additional cost or on occasion offer a full refund.

Major Condition Discrepancy: If there is a significant discrepancy between the watch’s actual condition and the description provided at the time of purchase (e.g., undisclosed damage or modifications), Kettle may offer a refund.

Refunds for these rare cases will be credited to the buyer’s Kettle balance and may be withdrawn to the original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for the refunded amount to be processed and credited.

Partial Refund Eligibility

Partial refunds may be considered in some cases. A partial refund will be subject to a restocking fee and other applicable fees, which will be deducted from the amount credited to the buyer’s Kettle balance.

Partial refunds are typically granted under the following conditions:

Minor Discrepancies: If there are minor discrepancies or missing accessories not deemed essential to the watch’s function or value, a partial refund may be issued.

Partial refunds may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price. Any refund granted will be credited to your Kettle balance for future withdrawal or use.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Kettle Support: Email support@kettle.shop within 24 hours of delivery (as indicated by the tracking information) to request a return.

Buyers are responsible for inspecting their watch within this 24-hour period.

Kettle cannot extend the return window due to factors outside of its control.

2. Shipping the Return: Once Kettle preliminarily approves the return, a prepaid, fully insured shipping label will be provided. Please follow the provided shipping guidelines to ensure your watch is protected and insured in transit.

3. Include All Original Contents: Be sure to include all original items in your return package, including the watch, box, documents, accessories, links, straps, buckles, and authentication papers. If any items are missing, the return may not be eligible for processing.

4. Final Inspection: Upon receiving the watch, Kettle will confirm that it meets all conditions of this Return Policy. If eligible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, less applicable restocking and processing fees.

Conditions for Additional Restocking Fee

If any items originally included with the watch are missing, or if the watch is returned in worn or damaged condition, Kettle may choose, at its sole discretion, to accept the return subject to an additional restocking fee. Kettle reserves the right to withhold returns on certain items based on specific conditions or policy updates.
